Your previous report covered the calmest two weeks on record. Over the last three weeks, calm and satisfied answers fell by half, and tired answers rose.
During tasks your mood held steady, and you were immersed more often. The biggest drop came while resting: you opened a target app during rest twice as often, and half of your unpleasant answers came from those moments.
When your mood was unpleasant, you stayed on the question longer and added time more often after opening. Total time in your target apps still held at a little under an hour a day.
Nights with a target app open past midnight more than doubled, and the days after them brought more tired answers.
Last 3 weeks · Sep 28–Oct 18 · 79 answers. Each dot is one answer, placed where it sits on the mood wheel you pick from in the app. Right is more pleasant, up is more energy, and the numbers are the share of each pair of neighboring moods.

Mood — after the calmest two weeks

Usage tracking is still being refined. Days when a target app was opened but logged at about a minute or less (9/16 · 10/15) were treated as gaps and left out. Sep 21 has no record, and phone totals are missing for Oct 3–6. Instagram and YouTube can't be measured separately, so they're combined.

Target-app time 10 PM–5 AM (daily average)12 min → 20 min (chance 32%)
Both periods count only opens where the question appeared (reopening the same app within 10 minutes counts once). Longer set times in the last 3 weeks meant fewer questions, so late nights may be undercounted. First and last opens are not wake-up or sleep times. Night-time usage rose as well, but not clearly.

WRAP-UP
One suggestion, and what to check next
After your calmest two weeks, the next three kept your focus during tasks but changed your rest and your nights. You opened target apps more often while resting, and that's where unpleasant moods gathered. In uneasy moments you paused longer before answering and added time more often, yet total time stayed the same. Your target-app day also ended later.
If you'd like to feel less tired the next day, one option is to close your target apps before midnight on more nights. After nights past midnight, tired answers more than doubled the next day (5.2), and those nights made up nearly half of the last three weeks (5.1). Screens late at night also tend to push bedtime later.
For the next report, three things to look at again with new records:
First, whether your mood while resting recovers (2.1).
Second, whether unpleasant moods keep taking longer to pick (3.1).
Third, whether you keep setting long times and skipping added time during fun (4.2).
